QGN Series Shot (Sand) Blasting Machine for Inner Surface Cleaning of Steel Pipes
A special inner-wall blasting wheel driven by a hydraulic motor is used, with a long shot delivery tube to deliver shots, enabling adaptive positioning of the blasting wheel support and adjustable blasting positions.
Adopts a three-stage dust removal system, featuring high filtration efficiency,online reverse blowing, and excellent cleaning performance.
A full curtain separator is used to achieve complete separation of steel shots,slag, and dust.

This series is used for inner wall shot blasting of steel pipes and related products,to remove oxide scale, welding slag, and other surface debris, revealing metallic luster and improving surface adhesion for subsequent spraying and coating.
