Designed for outer surface shot blasting of steel pipes with a wide diameter range.
For steel pipes with a diameter of Φ16–600 mm, a V-type conveyor is adopted, allowing the pipe to rotate while moving forward for uniform cleaning.
For steel pipes with a diameter of Φ159–2800 mm, roller transmission is used. The roller angle, running speed, and rotation speed are all adjustable to suit different pipe sizes.
High-efficiency blasting wheels with optimized shot distribution ensure excellent cleaning performance, especially for large-diameter pipes.
Advanced shot circulation and purification system with multi-stage curtain separation enables effective shot sorting and recycling.
Multi-layer sealing blasting chamber combined with an impulse reverse-blowing dust collector ensures efficient dust removal and long service life.
