It includes the maximum and minimum dimensions, weight, and material of the workpieces, such as steel, aluminum, castings, etc.

This includes the number of workpieces that can be processed per hour, the surface roughness after blasting (Ra value), and the surface cleanliness grade (such as Sa 2.5 or Sa 3). Specific test data or sample results should be provided to ensure that the equipment meets the required production process standards.

The standard components—including shot blasting blades, control cage, distribution wheel, directional sleeve, side liners, top liners, and end liners—are all made of Cr20 high-chromium cast iron.
Alternatively, Cr12MoV tool steel can be used according to the buyer’s requirements.

Based on the buyer’s production cycle and capacity requirements, and in combination with industry experience, a shot blasting machine with an appropriate and qualified power rating is selected.

Service life of Cr20 high-chromium cast iron parts (when using cast steel shot):Blades: 800 hours. Distribution wheel & directional sleeve: 1,200 hours.Side liners & top liners: 2,000 hours.End liners: 4,000 hours.
