Stainless Steel Shot

Stainless steel shot is manufactured from brand-new stainless steel wire, which is cut into stainless steel cut wire and then processed through special treatments to form stainless steel shot. The quality of stainless steel shot is typically classified by roundness levels, such as G1, G2, and G3.

For both stainless steel cut wire and stainless steel shot, we always use high-quality, brand-new wires. With precision cutting machines and advanced processing technology, we ensure consistent quality and durability. Our stainless steel shots are available in various material grades, including SUS201, SUS304, SUS410, and SUS430, with sizes ranging from 0.3mm to 2.0mm to meet different application requirements.

Product Details

We can also provide atomized stainless steel shot, produced from high-quality stainless steel materials. Depending on the chromium content, the chemical composition is comparable to SUS201, SUS304, and SUS430. Available sizes range from 0.1mm to 3.0mm.

In addition to standard sizes and specifications, we also accept customized production, such as longer or shorter lengths, cut wire, or treated/rounded cut wire shots. For treated stainless steel cut wire shot, we offer G1, G2, and G3 specifications, with G2 being the most recommended type. It provides the ideal balance of blasting effect and efficiency, making it especially suitable for shot blasting stainless steel workpieces.

We also support flexible packaging options according to customer needs, including paper bags, cartons, and steel drums.

Product Applications

Stainless steel shots are extensively applied in the shot blasting of aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, stainless steel sheets, non-ferrous metal castings, and stainless steel castings. This process enhances the natural metallic luster without causing rust or discoloration on the casting surface. After blasting, the surface becomes smooth, uniform, and free from rust, presenting a matte finish. In most cases, there is no need for additional treatments such as cleaning, pickling, or other secondary processes.
